Since 1999, the Southern California AP® Institute has held an annual summer workshop in the beautiful locale of Palos Verdes, to equip high school AP® teachers with information that will enhance the achievement of their students on AP® exams in various subject matters.
Here's what you will receive in our program:
- 30 hours of instruction
- AP® materials from the College Board (all registrants will receive an electronic copy by email).
- Review of the current exam
- An opportunity to network with colleagues throughout the U.S. (and beyond)
- Discussion on effectively teaching your subject matter
- Course materials from presenters
- Certificate of Merit (IACET College Board approved CEU Certificate)
- Graduate Credit (2 units) ESU/CEU: Dominican University of California (additional fee)
- Advice on how to plan your AP® calendar year and course audit
