Fee includes 30 hours of instruction, AP® College Board publications, and course materials from presenters.
Any course enrollment changes made after July 22 may require an additional fee for late ordering of course materials.

- Purchase Order providing a copy to reserve course placement. Prepayment is required prior to workshop starting date. Note: Purchase Orders will be accepted prior to July 12. After this date, we will not be accepting Purchase Orders as a form of payment. However, credit card and check payment will still be honored.

College Board® approved online program
- Our Presenters will be utilizing the following proposed format in their sessions:
- One third (1/3) synchronous (group) learning
- One third (1/3) asynchronous instruction (independent activity)
- One third (1/3) individual learning or one to one with the Presenter
- The daily scheduled hours will be the same: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (Pacific Time) with time allotted for lunch/breaks.
- The platform for instruction will be Google Classroom and Zoom.
- Each participant will need a personal Gmail account to access the classroom session. Note: Many school Google classroom accounts do not allow access.
- The Presenters will post their daily schedules when class begins.
- College Board materials: All registrants with a U.S. Continental residence and International address will receive an electronic copy via email.

CEU Certificates
Within one day of the conclusion of the workshop, you will receive a certificate (via email) that states completion of a College Board endorsed (30 Contact Hours) Professional Development training in your subject area. If you are seeking to acquire CEU credits for your participation, this should meet the requirements.
Please note: The College Board has been approved as an authorized provider by the IACET (International Association for Continuing Education and Training). Please contact your district regarding its policy on accepting continuing education units as each district may have different guidelines.
Graduate Credit
We are offering Graduate Credit in the form of Extension Semester Units (ESU) or Continuing Education Units (CEU) from Dominican University of California; 2 units, $110 total.

Refunds
Refunds can be collected before July 1 with a $75.00 cancellation fee. After this date, a $100.00 fee will be retained and the remainder refunded upon request. July 22 is the deadline to cancel. After July 22, no refunds can be granted.
Course Cancellations
A subject area session may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment. In that case, a full refund will be issued.
Participant Attendance Policy
Fee still remains payable regardless of attendance record. It is the responsibility of the registrant and/or school to notify Southern California AP® Institute of the cancellation by July 22. If Southern California AP® Institute is not notified by July 22, the total fee is still applicable.
Confirmation
Each participant will receive a letter, via email, confirming a reserved seat in the session when payment is received.
